For Domestic Customers : Free shipping across india on orders Above ₹4999.

For International Customers : The charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and also the country where the parcel has to be dispatched to. Shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry. 

 

Return Policy

Most of our garments are on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. Exactness is not guaranteed.

 

Cancelation Policy

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the site.

al-ustaad.myshopify.com shall refuse and cancel orders placed by you due to non-availability of product and inform you about rejection of your order. We will refund your payment within 7 working days. With respect to  refund alustaad.myshopify.com will give necessary instructions to the payment gateway within 7 working days. It is pertinent to note that the payment gateways may take upto 30 days to credit such an amount to your account.
