HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. If you have registered with us, you are also able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

CAN I BOOK AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY TO MORE THAN ONE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, at the moment you can ship to only one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple addresses, in that case you will need to place orders separately for each address.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. GANPATI'S is not responsible for any delays caused by destinations' custom clearance processes. If you have registered with us, you are also able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A SOLD-OUT STYLE?

Once you are registered with us and If any product is sold out, you can add the item to your wish list, and we will notify you once the product is back in stock. Furthermore, you can click on the “Enquire about this product” tab on the product page of the sold out design, and we will reach out to you regarding the same product or show you similar products if we have available.

ARE THE COLOURS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

While we have made every effort to as display accurately as possible the colours of the products on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors, and screens of electronic.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

We are sorry to hear that! However, at GANPATI'S  we believe that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We allow early cancellations for orders. Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order from the time of booking and we will refund you the money. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be returned to you within 14 business days.

THE COLOUR OF THE DRESS I ORDERED, IS NOT WHAT WAS SHOWING ON MY SCREEN?

While we have made every effort to as display accurately as possible the colours of the products on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors, and screens of electronic devices vary.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT, WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

We are sorry to hear that the order received was damaged. In an event this happens to you, we will need you to reach out to your customer care team within 24 hours of you receiving the order. We will require you to take images and videos of the damaged garment along with the courier box it was delivered to you in.

The customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to GANPATI'S and Courier Company by email, by any matter whereof the customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.

If the customer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.
